ELEVATE: Vancouver International Auto Show
Unlike smaller auto exhibitions, the Vancouver International Auto Show offers a wide-ranging look at the automotive world from innovation and sustainability to luxury and heritage. The emphasis is on the latest models and technology. There are lots of classic vehicles, however, to see too. Visitors can explore multiple themed areas, each highlighting a different aspect of car culture.
Located on Vancouver’s scenic waterfront, the Vancouver Convention Centre provides an impressive setting for this large-scale automotive exhibition. With its central downtown location near Jack Poole Plaza, the venue is easily accessible and adds to the excitement of the event.
The Vancouver International Auto Show spans hundreds of thousands of square feet across indoor halls and the outdoor plaza. This allows manufacturers to present immersive vehicle displays and interactive experiences.
Latest Production Vehicles and Consumer Models
One of the main draws of the show is the opportunity to see the newest production vehicles from major global manufacturers in one place. Attendees can step inside, compare designs, explore interior features, and learn about performance, safety, and efficiency without visiting multiple dealerships. This makes the show especially useful for anyone researching their next vehicle.
Brands at the Vancouver International Auto Show in 2026 include Aston Martin, Audi, Bentley, BMW, Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Dodge, Ferrari, Ford, GMC, Honda, Hyundai, Jeep and Lamborghini. There is also Lexus, Lincoln, Kia, Maserati, McLaren, Mercedes-Benz, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Porsche, Ram, Subaru, Toyota, Volkswagen and Volvo.

This year’s event features the Canadian debut of the Chevrolet Corvette CX Concept, as well as the Western Canadian debut of the Audi Formula 1 display car. There’s also the new Cool Whips Garage which is all about modern car culture on the streets and on the web.
Electric Vehicles and Future Mobility
Sustainability and innovation play a major role at the Vancouver Auto Show. Electric vehicles, hybrid technology, and clean transportation solutions are prominently featured throughout the exhibition. Many manufacturers use the show to highlight advancements in battery technology, autonomous features, and eco-friendly engineering, giving visitors insight into where the automotive industry is heading.
The 2026 show has a European EV Luxury section. It’s a showcase of high-end electric vehicles by Mercedes, Audi, Jaguar and more.
Club Displays and Enthusiast Features
Automotive clubs and enthusiast groups often contribute rotating displays, showcasing vehicles selected for their uniqueness, performance, or historical significance. These sections add personality to the show and give visitors a closer look at passionate car communities. Collectors’ corners and memorabilia displays further enhance the experience for dedicated fans.
In 2026 you can expect to see classic Mini Coopers, exclusive Hanz Driven collectibles, and different Porsche Club drive-ins each day.
