Port Coquitlam’s PoCo Car Show

In 2026 the PoCo Car Show takes place on the Saturday and Sunday of August 15th and 16th.

The event begins with a Saturday evening Car Cruise and community barbeque. The cruise sees hundreds of vintage, custom and specialty vehicles parading through Port Coquitlam’s streets, drawing spectators from across the Lower Mainland.

On the Sunday, downtown Port Coquitlam transforms into an open-air car show. Streets around Leigh Square are closed to traffic and filled with rows of classic, rare and muscle cars on display. Visitors can walk the streets, admire the vehicles up close. They can also chat with owners who are proud to showcase their rides.

For more information about the event, see the PoCo Car Show website.

Entertainment and Activities

The PoCo Car Show is about more than just cars. It’s a full-day festival. Alongside the vehicle displays, guests can enjoy the following:

  • A live entertainment stage featuring local bands and performers.

  • Food vendors and exhibitors offering plenty of choices to eat and shop.

  • A family zone with games, climbing walls, obstacle courses and other kid-friendly activities.

The combination of music, food and community spirit makes it an event the whole family can enjoy.
